How Funds 4 Schools Works
Funds4schools offers a fundraising solution that
is easy and effective - with no cost to your supporters.
It brings together online merchants with parents and the
community to raise much needed money for schools nationwide.
When shopping with Funds4Schools's hundreds of online merchants,
your chosen schools can earn a percentage of each supporter's
purchase.
Through Funds4Schools partnerships with hundreds of brand-name
stores and online merchants, your supporters can easily
raise money for your school when they do their everyday
shopping. Just have your supporters visit funds4schools
or in some cases the schools own website, register if they
wish and shop at any of our participating merchants and
a percentage of their purchases will be paid to your school.
It's that easy! They can purchase their favourite magazine
subscriptions, books, clothing, electronics, and so much
more!
Once your school has joined the Funds4schools program you
will have access to in-depth reports, and creation of your
own supporters area.
Use the calculator to work out roughly how much your school
could earn through the Funds4Schools site.

Where do I find a report of my contributions?
Click here to sign in and access your individual report
at the My Report link under My Account. You will need to
enter your email address and password to sign in.
How often are Individual Reports updated?
Individual Reports are updated daily with the purchase and
funds information gathered from our merchants. Due to the
timing of the merchant reporting, there may be a lag time
of up to six weeks from the time of purchase to the time
it is posted on the report pages.
Why is there a delay between making my purchase
and when the transaction is posted to My Report?
There are two reasons. First, to provide an accurate summary
of purchases, we post the data we receive from merchants
daily. It takes time for the merchant to report on orders
and to pass the purchase data to Funds 4 Schools. Second,
Funds 4 Schools receives purchase information from merchants
at different times - some merchants provide purchase information
a few days after your purchase and others take several weeks.
If your purchase is not on your report after eight weeks,
click here to submit a customer service question about your
report.
The amount shown on My Report isn't the same as
the amount on my credit card statement. Why is that?
Most merchants only provide a rebate on the gross sales
amount. They exclude other charges that appear on your statement
including gift certificates, gift wrapping, sales tax, shipping
and handling. Additionally, some stores may exclude purchases
like alcohol and tobacco from your rebate. In addition,
some stores take up to 6 weeks to report your rebates back
to us, so your account will not immediately show your rebates
after you went shopping.
